Booking during peak times (school holidays/bank holidays) - if our online booking system is telling you we are fully booked/ have no availability for the dates you are wanting to book in with us, please give us a ring or send us an email. Q: Can I bring my own cat bed or bedding ?
A: Yes of course. We provide bedding that is washed ready for each new guest but there is nothing the smell of home so feel free to bring your cats own

Q: Is the cattery heated/cooled ?
A: Yes in winter months each chalet has its own separate heating. In summer months the doors are ventilated into the garden at both ends and fans are added into the runs

Q: What if my cat is a fussy eater ?
A: No problem. You are welcome to bring your own food and/or cat treats. We stock most popular brands but if your cat has a particular palate or is sensitive to food changes please feel free to bring their usual and preferred diet.

Q: What happens if my cat is on a prescription diet?
A: Just bring their food with then and advise us of the amount they need each day.

Q: What if my cat is on any medication?
A: We will administer any medication as per your vets instructions. Just bring it with you labelled with your name and dosage. We have a fridge if it needs to be kept at a certain temperature. We will administer medication for free within opening hours. If we need to give medicines outside our opening hours there is a small charge (£2pd)
